Will 'Echo Boomers' Save the Housing Market?

Here is some rather interesting news, I for one wasn’t aware of the name ” Echo Boomers “. Though it makes sense that their had to be a name for the children of the baby boomers. Echo Boomers will be called upon in the near future to become the savors of the housing market. With the economy the way it is, a bright light at the end of the tunnel could be them.

In a article from Realtor.com they say that, “75 million Americans born between 1979 and 1995 will mean plenty of demand for housing units.”

This makes complete sense, when you think about it. With an injection of new buyers, the demand for housing will increase incredibly. I mean of course the children of the baby boomers are going to need to buy homes and now. The problem we are going to run into is that they can’t afford to buy a home and/or receive a loan to purchase a home. This is the trillion dollar question! Right now It’s really a matter of our nations job market turning around, where as echo-boomers can be approved for a loans. I agree with what the experts are saying that once the nations jobs become alittle more secure their is going to be a quick housing market turnaround.
